Kate Reide

  • Kate Reid is founder and creator of EverThrive Oral Surgery Consulting and the Patient-Centered Practice™. She is a practice management consultant, coach, and speaker, with an exclusive focus on oral surgery practices. With her naturally enthusiastic and dynamic personality, Kate is known for her unique approach to capturing audiences. She is a certified Everything DiSC® and PXT Select™ Trainer, as well as an accredited Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Facilitator. Leveraging her clinical, business, and leadership experience, she lectures nationally on how to build high-performing dental teams, improve communication, employee development/retention, best practices for marketing, and how to provide superior patient experiences in the digital age. Over the last 22 years, Kate has gained a keen insight into the inner workings of over a hundred highly successful dental practices. Within her consulting role, Kate’s areas of expertise include practice management and growth, process/systems development, and improvement, change management, team building, and training. Previously, Kate was the director of consulting for a San Francisco Bay area-based integrated and experiential marketing firm. Before leaving private practice, she was a practice administrator for a multi-doctor, multi-office oral surgery practice in central New Jersey. During that time, she was an active member of the SOMSA (formerly JAWS) and served on the Board of Directors and remains an active member of the Education Committee today.

  • Geri Gottlieb is founder and CEO of GG Practice Coaching and Development, a seasoned coach, communications expert, and speaker. With over three decades of experience in dental practice management and leadership development, she brings a unique blend of expertise to drive sustainable growth. From owning two successful

    periodontal practices with her husband Dr Bob Gottlieb, to being a lead coach with ACT Dental Practice Management and Motivational Speaker Kirk Behrendt to launching her own venture in 2019— she knows what it takes to build a thriving business from scratch. With a passion for continuous education and a deep sense of empathy, Geri is dedicated to helping dental professionals grow and succeed. With a wealth of experience and a thirst for knowledge, she bridges the gaps between clinical expertise, leadership, management, and ownership. Armed with certifications in Adult Learning, Behavioral Therapy, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™, DiSC Behavioral Assessments, and her newest addition—The Working Genius—Geri is equipped to delve into the individual needs of every leader and team member.

    Passionate about dental health and practice management, Kimberly has dedicated over 18 years to the dental industry. With a strong foundation as an administrative assistant in general dentistry, she honed her expertise in specialty practice, specifically in periodontics. As the practice administrator for Implant & Periodontal Associates Northwest, Kimberly successfully led both the Tri-Cities and Seattle locations for 11 years. Her commitment to professional growth extended beyond her role, as she also served as a Seattle Study Club® Coordinator during this time. Now, a seasoned coach at GG Practice Coaching & Development, Kimberly continues empower dental practices to reach new heights of efficiency and excellence.
