Meet the Coaches

Kate Reid is founder and creator of EverThrive Oral Surgery Consulting and the Patient-Centered Practice™. She is a practice management consultant, coach, and speaker, with an exclusive focus on oral surgery practices. With her naturally enthusiastic and dynamic personality, Kate is known for her unique approach to capturing audiences. She is a certified Everything DiSC® and PXT Select™ Trainer, as well as an accredited Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Facilitator. Leveraging her clinical, business, and leadership experience, she lectures nationally on how to build high-performing dental teams, improve communication, employee development/retention, best practices for marketing, and how to provide superior patient experiences in the digital age. Over the last 22 years, Kate has gained a keen insight into the inner workings of over a hundred highly successful dental practices. Within her consulting role, Kate’s areas of expertise include practice management and growth, process/systems development, and improvement, change management, team building, and training. Previously, Kate was the director of consulting for a San Francisco Bay area-based integrated and experiential marketing firm. Before leaving private practice, she was a practice administrator for a multi-doctor, multi-office oral surgery practice in central New Jersey. During that time, she was an active member of the SOMSA (formerly JAWS) and served on the Board of Directors and remains an active member of the Education Committee today.
